We as a ministry are comprised of a variety of staff members. Composed of Ecuadorian workers and ministry staff, short-term interns, full-time missionaries, and volunteers, we are always looking to grow and have many opportunities for different lengths of service. Anyone who joins our ministry for a year or less is considered an intern or short-term missionary. Those who are accepted to serve on our team for two years and beyond are considered full-time Christian workers/missionaries.
